My daughter order on line a beautiful bouquet arrangement to send to me when I got out of the hospital from a double knee replacement and she spent over $50 and I got a white coffee mug with a few daisies lots of ferns and a lot of unopened daises. It looked like a $10 Job. My daughter seen the picture of what I got, and did some calling to get her money back. Which after over a week they agreed, but wanted to know if she wanted to buy the white coffee mug for $16. She said no so they said they will come by my house and pick up the mug. What a joke this florist is, don't waste your time or money with them.

Ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement from Laney's. Their website picture can't do justice to how beautiful it looks in person! I recommend this shop to all my friends!

Not very friendly. Had a question about an order I placed, and the lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed at having to answer my questions, and kind of stand offish. I just wanted to confirm a delivery, as the recipient was very ill and on medication, and hadn't mentioned receiving the delivery. Seems a simple question to me, just wanted to make sure my flowers were delivered. (they were.) My issue was with the tone she used. If you don't want to deal with your customer's questions, don't be in a service profession.

This is just to say that Laneys Country Flowers does not deliver the product pictured on their website. I ordered a birthday arrangement, which looked nothing like the picture upon receipt. After speaking with the owner, we could not come to an agreement so I had to use the services of my credit card company to rectify the situation.
Just know what you want to order and confirm you get the same product. I wish there was a way to submit photos so you could see the difference.
Sorry Laney, but I feel others should know before they purchase.
