My 92 year old mother-in-law went there to steps (loaded with plants and flowers) she had to go up to place her order.  She wasn't able to get up the steps and they didn't offer to come down and get her order.   Not very helpful.

Schneider's is always awesome.  From my wedding flowers in 1985 till now service is great and the employees are always helpful.

Ordered flowers for someone out if town. They received something totally different. I'll use another florist next time considering the amount I paid.
