not impressed, called to set up an appointment for a wedding consultation. I have never used them before.  Was told, "I do not have time to being giving free wedding quotes and no one will use me."

Awesome customer service and beautiful arrangement!   Over the phone from across the country and the pleasant woman was able to produce exactly what I was looking for.  The delivery was same day and amazingly quick.  So thats what.....amazing service and getting what you paid for?  That's what I'm talking about.
