I ordered flowers at 1230 to be delivered down the road to the hospital. I received a phone call saying that the patient has been discharged when the flowers was for a worker not a patient. In the instructions I put go to the second floor, if you asked for the persons name on the second floor it wouldn’t of been a problem. I call the number back 30 seconds after reviving the call at 520, no answer since they close at 5. Why wait 20mins after you close to call when you had my number and the person who was getting the flowers number. Best flower shop in Grayling they say, never use them again.

Not impressed.  I ordered flowers and was delighted to learn that they were delivered within a few hours.  However, the arrangement I ordered really doesn't look like the one portrayed on their website.  I used to use Flowers by Josie all the time which is why I called them today.  Won't do that anymore.

Didn't get what I ordered.  But I did get a "sorry" but that's it.  Not friendly people but limited customer service.
