I miss Hagstroms. Difficult to communicate with staff, selection of flowers is poor. Big Rapids location is valued over Cadillac.

I live 50 miles from Cadillac but have a few friends that live in the area.  I've ordered flowers at least 3 times and every time, they deliver something amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend Patterson's to do an arrangement for any occasion whatsoever!

I have always used Patterson's Flowers for every occasion happy or sad.  Today was for a sad occasion to purchase flowers for a very special person who passed away.  The employee named Wendy who was working today (which also let me know that she was not punched in yet) did not make today any easier for me.  The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a very stern look.  I told the employee I needed flowers for a funeral. I again received the same stern look.  I then said I was not sure what type of arrangement I wanted (hoping she would offer me a book to look at).  With the same look she said "Is this for next week?".  I said "no today".  I then received the "rolling of the eyes" and was then asked "for who a lot of people are dead!. So I then got a stern look on my face and said "you could be a little nicer".  This is when I was told that she wasn't even punched in yet!. I said "well I can go somewhere else" and she told me to go ahead!. I was just about to really give this employee a piece of my mind when I noticed she had a little girl with her.  What a role model this lady is!. Unfortunately I did take my business to another local flower shop and I was treated with respect and they will forever have my business now.  It is sad how one person can be so mean to someone they don't even know.

Great store, Family owned and operated.  I know I can call Patterson's and get exactly what I need. Don't be fooled by the the [fromyouflowers/pattersons] listing -   they're frauds claiming to be in Cadillac.  Call  the real local Patterson's
