Victoria's went above and beyond on everything they did. Everything turned out perfect and more beautiful than I had even imagined. They were a pleasure to work with as well. They were both very personable and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They made my day look like a fairy tale.

Victoria's Floral did an amazing job on my alter pieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and my bouquet. They worked with me to find beautiful flowers within my budget and the final result was breathtaking. I recieved so many compliments. Working directly with Jenna was effortless and she was so accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making my day so special.

I highly recommend Victoria’s Floral and would choose them again in a heartbeat. Jenna was great to work with! She helped me narrow down my ideas from my pinterest and figure out what would work within my budget. I was worried I would feel overwhelmed but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was very accommodating and patient with me even when I had a pinterest fail and had a change in direction for the centerpieces a week before the wedding. The centerpieces, boutonnieres and bouquets turned out amazing and special. The flowers and green were beautiful and lasted for a long time after the event.

Victoria's Florals did such a perfect job with my wedding flowers and really listened to what I wanted! If you're getting married in Northern Michigan-- use them.

My wedding flowers were incorrect and I cannot express how disappointed I was. I had sent many emails back and forth with the wedding consultant and we had a plan in place, I paid extra for dahlias, I explained that I did not like roses, and I felt we were on the same page with with the mood and my vision of romantic cascading bouquets. I arrived at my wedding and found that tight round bouquets of roses with 1 or 2 dahlias total had been delivered. The flowers on the cake were already turning brown. I was so disappointed. I expressed this to Victoria's and they were apologetic but admitted that they hadn't written down most of the details I discussed with the consultant, and that she was not even involved in making my bouquets. They also admitted their shipment of dahlias was not a fresh one and this is why there weren't really any in my order. A good business would have notified the bride of this when that shipment arrived instead of letting her find out on the day of her wedding. I was so shocked when we reviewed my emails over the phone and she admitted that she had missed most of my requests. I just couldn't believe it. They refunded me a small percentage of the cost after a couple weeks but this really means nothing to me. My wedding is over and there is no fixing this, the pictures have been taken. There was only one chance and it makes me sad still to think about it. If you use Victoria's be wary and confirm every single detail in writing. Maybe even call the day before and go over it again.
