Customer service here is truly bad.  The ladies working behind the counter are slow (VERY slow at hot drink orders) and could care less if you are helped efficiently.  They act like it's a bother to serve you.  They opened over 20 min late this morning (at least - we finally drove off at 9:20 and they were supposed to open at 9) and were rude and unapologetic about it when we came back later and mentioned it.  The "whatever" attitude (shrug and virtual eye roll included) is a shame - especially since we are regulars that have spent more than a small dime here.   They do not treat customers well and are not friendly.  As for food, we endure the customer service nightmare to grab gluten free options on the go as there are few other places that suit our needs.  My daughter loves the cinnamon rolls so we keep coming back in spite of the service.  My birthday cake was from Flying Apron and very good - almond with chocolate frosting.  It was expensive but worth it.  So, for that alone it gets the second star.  Love the dessert and hope they can hire better staff that gives a hoot about the people they bake for.   I'm rarely this disappointed in a business but after over two years of going here it just might not be worth a weekly trip in to be treated this way.

Mediocre food, rude staff. The allergy free aspect of the place is good regardless. But will not recommend or come back due to the staff's condescending attitude.

Bad pastry. I know it's vegan and gluten free, but you gotta make it edible!!

I've seen a server spill part of the meal on the table, and then she has pushed back on the plate. Place is a bit messy overall, I never know which things are compostable, which are not.

Giving more than one star to support our local vegan business.

The soy they have for lattes does not taste good. The pastries are mediocre. And the baristas never smile.

Rude staff. Very bad went to have breakfast with my two kids and of course they are kids .the two girls started to look in a weird way like they are waiting for us to leave.i used to buy the birthday cake from there .I will buy from cheese cake factory from now then the birthday cake.really bad experience I didnt even complete my breakfast or tea to rush to leave the place.very stressfull and rude staff
