Story

Do you love beer? Of course you do! (that was a silly question!) Well we love beer too. In fact, BEER happens to be our area of expertise!

Don't call us a "beer bar" because we are way more than that. We are a Draught Beer Emporium! We carry over 200+ DIFFERENT BEERS at all times! 85 of which are on draft and the other 115+ are in bottles.

We cater to what we call "Beerknurds" - those real beer geeks that cant get enough! BUT we also MAKE new Beerknurds. Our goal? to convert those dull beer drinkers into educated craft beer drinkers.

Another amazing thing about the Lake Saucer.....we have a beer drinking and educating CLUB called the U.F.O Club! What is the point of the club you ask? Well we want our customers to not only enjoy trying new beers but we also want to help them learn about these beers. When you join the U.F.O. Club you become a true Beerknurd. Your Goal as a member of the club is to try 200 DIFFERENT beers. On your Journey to reach this goal you are rewarded not only with tasty new brews as you get closer and closer to the 200 but also with small thank you's and rewards. Once you reach your 200th beer we place a golden plate on our wall with YOUR NAME on it - along with a quirky quote or picture - and reward you with a $100 party in your honor for being the awesome Beerknurd you are! That plate will remain on the wall here at the Lake Saucer FOREVER!

Our Staff are knowledgeable young ladies and gentleman that are as big of Beerknurds as you are (or soon will be ;) ) - They can help educate you on the topic of all things BEER and guide you and your taste buds in the right direction for your current mood and cravings!

Hungry? Have no fear! We have delicious grub as well! Ranging from Pizza's, Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Wings, Big Soft Pretzels, and even Fish Food (We are on a lake you know!).

The view from our spacious Patio is that of serene (and at times fun filled and boat filled) Lake Ray Hubbard. It's quite lovely.

Hosting Beer Dinners, Festivals, and Celebrating everything BEER is what we do and we post regularly about any upcoming events and how to get involved in enjoying those events!
