Stayed here in August, 2017.  Bonnie & Elmer were super nice and we had a great spot near the office.  Level, cement lot.  This park used to be a mobile home park, but they converted it to an RV park.  Close to everything!  Target, great restaurants, walking/biking trail behind the park.  We enjoyed walking on the trail almost every morning.

Wifi didn't work while we were there, nor did the dryers (during the first part of our stay), but other than that, it was a nice park and we will go back.

Convenient location near a lot of shops and restaurants.  The creek/river runs on the back of the park and is enjoyable.  We have been staying since January and enjoy the staff and other residence.   Elmer and bonnie run a safe and clean park.

great place in Englewood Colo.Had to leave early due to family emergency refunded unused weeks rent very easy to work with.We will return!

This is the third time I've stayed here in the last ten years. The rates are reasonable. Spots can be pretty close together but not an issue for me. Elmer will tell you how to get your rv set up to live in in the winter, if  you are unfamiliar with that process. There is a great little green belt that follows the bear creek on  the south side of the park for walking and pottying my two little dachshunds! All in all I enjoy being here it is very centrally located and close to anything and everything. Eventually the traffic noise and emergency sirens become white noise! I definitely recommend this park for all of the aforementioned reasons!
