The management is weird, flaky, and hostile. They also regularly overcharge for electricity by a lot. In addition to charging 12 cents a kilowatt, they claim many more kilowatts than is factual. We kept records of our usage, and on the day we were packing up to go, they gave us a bill for about twice that. We told Shannon that our records didn't match hers, and she said she'd go to the office and get her records from Xcel Energy and we should come in a few minutes to see it. However, a few minutes later, the goons (Tom and another) showed up to yell at us. And they really YELLED. They would't let us talk, because they overshouted us. All we asked for was to see the Xcel records. We never threatened, never said we wouldn't pay, didn't even accuse them of lying, just asked to see their records. At one point, Tom even SHOVED my husband. Interestingly, we realized later, that there never would have been records from the energy company for individual sites - she was lying all along when she said she had them. Since they required a security deposit to stay, they eventually took the price of the electricity out of our deposit refund. Another park resident had told us before that he was leaving the park because they overcharged him for electricity every month. The other major management problem was that they were very difficult to get in touch with. The office was usually closed during office hours, they didn't answer email, they didn't answer the phone, and the voice mailbox was full so we couldn't even leave a message. We never really felt welcome. Other issues: They will send RVs to sites with hookups under the RV (appropriate for a mobile home - not a motor home) and it's a real pain to go crawling under the rig to get at the utilities. They don't take credit cards. Positives: Fairly pretty place, well lit, nice residents, functioning laundry room. We would be happy to go back if they replaced all the management!

This is primarily a mobile home park with one street dedicated to short stay RVers. It's clean and well maintained, with a nice pool, a community center, and large laundry room. Staff is friendly. On the negative side, there is constant road noise but that's a given with any convenient RV park in a big city.

Absolutely horrible experience. They rented us a spot they didn't have available. Then moved us to a mobile site. Roomy enough but not set-up for RV (water and sewer underneath the rig). Also threatened us with a $4000 repair if we broke the water or sewer even though that was how we had to park. We parked on the concrete pad instead of over the hook-ups. The grounds manager (really full of himself) threw us out as violators. Do not stay here. It is not an RV Park

I have been staying here since June 1 for work. Fabulous place. Excellent management. I will stay here again if work brings me back to Denver.

Quiet, nicely maintained, no dogs and folks over 55. Loving it thus far!!!
