***UPDATE*** Rob of Alpha Park may be one of the nicest managers I've had the privilege to speak with. He reached out to me following my initial post and provided direct contact information. Rob took direct action and resolved my issue. Again, high-praise to his demeanor and handling of the situation. That being said-- should you have an issue when parking at Alpha Park, contact them direction. All their tickets and debt collection are handled by a third-party (whom-- in my opinion-- lacks the customer-service relationship skills necessary to build a successful business). Their direct contact information is listed on the payments machine. Dear Alpha Park, In business, there comes a point when an organization's greed overrides a potential customer's willingness to have any association. Alpha Park has crossed this line. Yes, you can technically charge me $27 for gravity, but if you take a step back maybe you can see this situation from the same perspective I find myself in: You're charging me $27 for gravity. For the $6 parking ticket I paid for. That I photographed and sent to you. A $27 ticket for a $6 charge that is documented by my bank, your merchant vendor, and photographs. I honestly don't expect some sort of Grinch's heart, Ebenzer Scrooge reaction from you and I understand that the protocols set into place by your employer may be unmovable. But if you insist to slinking into deep despicable depths of profiteering that say, "We know you paid, but technically we can continue to screw you," then I will have nothing more to do with any of your lots-- expect for sharing this information on any forum possible, and perhaps crouching under your payment machines and hissing, "My Preccccccious" to warn any potential patrons. Yours truly & deeply disappointed, J

Cheapest parking in the area! Be sure to use caution when entering from Market street, the neon sign says Enter but they forget to turn the sign off when they block the enterance on the weekends. That almost caused me an accidend. Use the enterance on 18st instead.

Every night and all day on the weekends this place is $5.00! Best parking deal in LODO. I parked here for Dodgers game two blocks from the ballpark and paid $5.00! The lots across the street were $20! The guy said they are going to be $5.00 for the whole 2010 season.
