This is the worst uniform store I've ever shopped at. They were severely understaffed and had wait times of up to 2 hours simply to pick up a uniform. And then only one register open which took another hour to check out. This was my experience going there 3 days in a row.

The store barely has anything stocked and it seems like they were embroidering school uniforms on the spot which took about 35 mins per person.

If I could I would never give this store my business but the school uses them as the sole supplier. I will definitely be complaining to the school administration.

Customer service is the worst. They wont even answer a phone call. Hate that my children school forces us to come here. I could make them myself with better quality for cheaper price!

I still have not received all the uniforms I ordered, and never received the email to come pickup my order, but fully paid for.

This is my second year dealing with Flynn O'hara. It has NOT been a very good experience. The store associates lack customer service skills, there is always a long wait time, and if you call to check on your order you are placed on eternal hold. Not to mention the uniforms are of poor quality. I am going to suggest to my daughter's school that they find another vendor because this is ridiculous!

I wish Grace on Old Branch Avenue was still open. These young girls working at this place are clueless and rude. To top it off the hours that are posted online are different from the actual store hours so make sure you call before you go.
