Although it is a very busy store most Saturday's, they know how to graciously handle the customers.

This gets 3 stars ONLY because of the 2 awesome employees.

I've only been inside this location twice.  Both times were.....  lacking .  Let me first start off by saying that it has absolutely nothing to do with the employees.  This is a solely an issue with store management.  The first time I went in there were 3 employees in the store (that I could see).  The store was packed! All 3 employees were on the register, so there was no one to help customers on the floor.  This last time I went on a Wednesday night around 6:30 and AGAIN 2 employees in the store, which was once again full of customers.  Poor babies were running back and forth switching who was at the register and who was helping customers.  And of course, there was no shortage of rude customers as we waited, and waited in line but the 2 young ladies were still polite and worked as quickly as they could.  You could clearly see their frustration, but they never complained (that I could hear).  I made my purchase, placed my balloon order and left.  Since the Woodmore Town Cntr location didn't have something that I needed I ended up having to go to the Penn Mar location and while in that store I just so happen to hear their cashier tell another customer that the balloons that I'd just ordered only last 6-8 hrs.  I immediately got irritated because my cashier didn't tell me that.  Had she I would've paid the extra fee for the stuff that makes them last longer (can't remember the name right now).   So I completely my purchase there, got in the car and called the Woodmore Town Cntr location to update my order.  I was literally on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for 17 minutes.  During that time, I was quickly reminded how under-staffed they were.  The young lady who answered the phone was also my cashier and apologized immediately, saying that it'd slipped her mind.  And I simply said, of course it did hun, you were slammed!!!  No harm, no foul for that inconvenience. 

I say all of that to say to management, if they ever read this, that as a fellow manager, it's your job to make sure your location is running smoothly.  Both times I've been in your establishment that has been lacking and your employees have been completely over-whelmed.  I do not know what the circumstances were surrounding the lack of staff, but at the end of the day the store is there to provide a service and the community deserves more than it was given.

Having a Party, come to Party City.  **Little known secret, great place to get affordable hats.  The hats are very nice character ball caps.

This is a place that every child like to be. Yoy can find a variety of dolls, masks, plush toys, chocolates, gums, and anything else that a child might like to buy. Prices are affordable and even some of the goods are cheaper than other stores.
