I like the store overall but for some reason they never pick up the phone which is a big inconvenience for customers. I herd one of the cashiers tell a customer if their to busy they can't answer phones. I don't think that's the right answer. At the end of the day they are a business, and definitely have to learn how to multitask!

Warning!!! Google's website says they close at 7:00pm on this fine Monday 8/14/17. So, we get there through rush hour traffic only to see a mob of parents who were standing on the outside with a lady explaining that they asked Google to fix the closing hour today to 5:00pm but they still haven't done it. My child has school tomm. So much for customer service & blame placing. I am sure by the time anyone reads this it will be too late for them to save time & gas. Sorry;(

I was worried I waited too long to get uniforms for my kids, but they had everything I needed with a pretty good amount left on the shelves.  The customer service was very helpful

*****ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS POSSIBLE!! ******They take your money then tell you they don't have the contract for the school you need. but you can exchange for anything in the store.

Horrible customer service. ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS POSSIBLE!! I called and asked if they carried the shirt for the school I needed. He said YES. I went in and he asked again for the school Name. He found what I needed and walked me to the register. Took my money put the shirt in a bag. I asked when do they put the logo on? He said oh I don't have that contract find out the store that does. I asked if they do that allow you to walk in and print on random shirts??? He said sure because he does it for his customer's but you can exchange for anything in the store if you like? I tried that and of course they said no, we do not do that. I called PATTRICK  to inform him that I am stuck with a shirt . He told me I made the mistake, he was not going to go back and forth with me and hung up on me. If I ever need to do business it will never be with ALL American Wear. the honest thing to do would be to tell people up front that you do not service that school but you carry plain shirts in many colors. Rather than take my money and say your mistake !!
