One word? Outstanding...these guys are absolutely awesome...I could tell right off the bat these guys were more interested in getting me the ride I wanted rather than making a buck off of me like most dealerships ...I found a truck I liked...I told them what I wanted to pay for it...and they did it...awesome.. great guys...great service.. no pressure.. 

Thank you Jay, JB, Eli, and all the rest of you...you guys rock ..I will definitely refer my friends and family to you guys!

Obviously they don't care about bad reviews (check Yelp!), but still I urge anyone not to reward the duplicitous and deceptive practices of this shop. We had negotiated a price. I repeated it back using the words, "To summarize, this is the deal." They agreed I would call by 6pm and let them know. I call at 4, and repeat the deal and that I will be there in 15 min. Salesman says yes and so I drive back. I show up, the dejected salesman says Bill (the mgr) wants $200 more. Then the mgr had the audacity to try to gaslight me --but even the sales guy knew the offer. The manager is a blatant liar and I would never reward him with a sale. Walk away. No car is worth it.

Was greeted promptly upon arrival. Explained my automotive needs and price range and was immediately guided to a vehicle.  They didn't balk when I said I wanted to take the van for a used car inspection. Every step of the way,  they worked with me.

My boss has purchased 3 vehicles from FM Jones, I was intrigued and was met by a group of wonderful staff they helped me get into a nice 12 Altima for a good  price. I will use this company for future purchases and tell my friends about my experience. I ask if you are looking for a great inventory and great prices head down to Hwy 99 and talk to these folks and you won’t be disappointed:)))))

What a great place... I really was impressed with all the great inventory both cars, and trucks.. The Salesman here were great, and learned that they have a Mechanic Shop, and detailing Shop on the property!!! Very Cool.... I’ll refer all my friends, and family here for sure.....
