My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Scott Cole in sales and had the best car buying experience we have ever had. He was patient with us and took time in the rain to find us the car of our dreams. At the end of the day, we both love our new/used vehicle that came at an affordable price. Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles crash mitigation system falsely activating with nothing in front of the vehicle, resulting in Jeep brake unnecessarily. Camera replaced and issues still persists. I feel jerked around and taken advantage of. All Roberson wants to do is sell me another car. After a month in the shop, Roberson is returning my vehicle without a remedy for the crash mitigation system that falsely activates when not needed. Putting me and my children at risk of a collision. They’ve slapped on another part to “fix” the transmissions issues but this is only their sixth attempt to fix that issue.

Purchased a brand new custom 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Scott Cole @ Roberson Motors and was by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle ever by far. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, found exactly what I wanted, great deal, zero reservations afterwards. Only dealership I didn’t feel taken advantage of like most others. Scott went far and above to make me happy and even let me drive the owners Jeep to compare who does that? Check out their inventory. I searched for over three months from WA to CA to no avail and found what I was looking for locally at Roberson Motors.

I recently had to service my vehicle at this location, and I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. In addition the service representative “Sam” that was assigned to me was very helpful and professional. He was even able to get me a loaner car when the work turned out to be. A little longer than expected. The parts came with a warranty, and I was treated very well here. There was also another service representative named “Bob” that helped me check out; once my vehicle was ready to be pick up. He was very professional, and friendly. I will definitely go back to this place for my future car needs. They deliver accurate and detailed analysis of what’s going on with your car; and they get the job done right the first time. FYI the first place I took my car to be serviced at was “Withnell motars” and they did not give me an accurate diagnosis like Roberson and their service representatives didn’t make me feel like they valued my business. In contrast to Roberson’s Motars.

This place is crazy awesome I was only buying a $10,000 car and I was treated like a king WOW so different from all the other places I went to thank you! Especially John Freeman what a class act that salesman is even changed his schedule and did more than what most friends would have done to make sure my wife, child, and me where comfortable! This is truly a must visit !!
