Love the team here! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I had Jordan as a finance manager and Nicholas as a salesman. Nicholas found the perfect car for me and showed me how to use all the new features on my 2018 Nissan Rogue. Jordan made the finance part fly by with a smile. I never once felt pushed into doing anything I didn't want in the first place. If you get these two on your team, you'll be very happy! Will definitely ask for them next time I need a new car! Highly recommend

I had a great experience out on the lot with Nick. A very low pressure experience. He was incredibly comfortable to work with. 
Jordan M. helped me through the financial aspect. He was very patient and had great advice.  A very knowledgeable, friendly team at Lithia Nissan!! I would highly recommend this location.  Thank you!

I've purchased multiple cars at dealerships and never have I been able to say that I had a good experience.. until now.  Jordan the finance manager took very good care of me. Managed to get me into the car I wanted for a great rate and monthly payment.

This was my first experience and purchase w/Lithia Nissan. I was treated with respect and offered solid answers rather than pressure. Everyone I dealt with made the process easy. Andrew, my sales consultant, made sure  all of my concerns were addressed and did not push me to purchase beyond my requested range in buying used.

I cannot believe the amazing experience I just had with Lithia Nissan of Eugene. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I inquired about a vehicle just before lunch. Not only did they get me exactly what I wanted and under the terms I wanted, but 7 hours later my vehicle pulled up into my driveway. I live over 2 hours away from this dealership (in good weather). THANK YOU CASEY!! for delivering my beautiful truck, through a storm, road construction, held up by an accident and at night. He smiled through it all. Every interaction was amazing from the very first call. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. This company cares about it's customers and it shows.
