SHUT IT DOWN! 
This place sucks. Their food is too expensive for it to taste as bad as it does. Every time I get fries from here they are OLD and soggy! EVERY.TIME 
I only order from here because they’re the only carry-out who delivers in my area but id rather starve than spend more money at this place! 
Like someone else suggested go to Eddy’s Carry out on Crain hwy. They are way better!

Their food is NASTY. I have tried different things and most are barely ok. I tried to give them another chance this weekend and AGAIN I REGRET IT.  I  ask for 2 Shrimp egg rolls not ONE shrimp present.( They do this all the time) I  call to complain and they are rude and tell me only 1 shrimp come in each shrimp egg roll. 1 shrimp?? Well there were NO shrimp.  I order a grilled chicken salad and they put that rubber boiled chicken they use in the soups on my salad. Go next door to AMERICAN BUFFALO or Eddies Carryout (by the new Safeway) if you want something good to eat. ABSOLUTELY MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM FOOLEE'S. DONE

Standard Chinese food. Tastes great. Fast delivery. Never gotten bad food from them and we order pretty regularly.

I have been coming to this restaurant for at least the last 6 years! I will stop do to the service I received recently. I GIVE NO STARS!!  Even tho you have to check a star off to even post a review!!
