Took over a hour for my order. Boxes where crushed, garlic knots had no sauce. Call to talk to the manager and flat out call me a lier. Even though the driver did admit the boxes where crushed. If you want my papa points let me know I will not need them.

I am a frequent customer of this location and frequently order online but..... Today the deal i was looking for was not shown on the website so i decided to call the order in, i call and whomever is supposedly the MOD states that, that deal is available online only but im sitting watching the Commercial for the second time today which does not state that (my husband even rewind back make sure we heard correct)....the end to this long story, i called the next closes papa johns and placed the order with no problem...I wouldnt have complained but the woman before just had this whatever kind of attitude, and i didnt not appreciate that being i am a frequent customer

It's good pizza, quick service, and great deal when you use the app.

Customer service rep was terrible - took over 10 mins to get to my call. Pizza arrived 1 hr and 10 mins after I ordered and was cold. Did not enjoy this one and I recommend using a different service for pizza delivery. -Former Papa Johns employee
