There has never been a time in which I have called and the employees have tended to me immediately. It’s always a “can you please hold?”. Each time I say “yes”, I end up on hold for 3-5 minutes thinking they’ll be with me any second now. The times I’ve been there (weekdays) to pick up my pizza, it is very empty. I’m talking 3 dine ins -MAX. So I do not understand why I am placed on such a long hold and then when I call 4+ times, I do not get an answer. The times this has happened and they finally decide to pick up, they have the audacity to answer again with “can you please hold?”! The first time this happened, I walked in to pick up my pizza and (as many other people that have posted reviews) I was not greeted or even acknowledged by the young lady that had me on hold and wasn’t answering my calls. When I walked in, I noticed the young lady was speaking to someone I thought was also a customer. So as I was waiting for the young lady at the register and the “customer” to finish talking, I pulled out my phone and didnt realize that several minutes had gone by and she was STILL tending to this “customer”. I then started to pay attention to their conversation and I figured this wasn’t actually a customer but rather the cashier’s girlfriend. The cashier even came out from her work station to give this girl a hug as if I, the customer, hadn’t been standing there waiting for a good 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged! They need major customer service training.

Tried to call at 3:45 on a Monday. The phone rang for 5 minutes without answer. I'll get Subway instead. Lived in Upper Marlboro for 40 years. Love Pizza Hut pizza, but this is the dirtiest, most poorly managed food operation I've ever seen.

I'd call this place unremarkable. The food is what youd expect from a Pizza Hut. The interior is clean, but oddly lighted, making it dark. The staff are professional, but other than that, they dont make an impression.

Customer service is a low priority at this place. I ordered a pizza 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. Staff is polite, but slow.
