I happen to work for a long term resident of the park. The employees seem dedicated but forget to introduce themselves as employees. Overall the park is clean and quiet. My boss was robbed by a burglar two weeks ago. Rather unsettling.

Quiet place. Mostly long term camping, but they do have a few spots for tourists ! Coin operated washer and dryers available ! No bathrooms or showers ! Electric, water and sewage available. No cable ! No pool, etc. Close to lots of restaurants.

Friendly staff and neighbors, the grounds is disgusting. If you can stay along the edge and get views of the city. There is no tent camping only RV spots. Also there is a 24 hr RV dump at the shell station on Circle Dr 2 miles away.

Awesome park, friendly staff, and a great place to stay. Had an awesome experience here and would gladly stay again. The park is located in a great area and has an awesome view. The staff are always courteous and quick to help with any issues.
