Lovely, safe place, very quiet except for the fighter jets which are awesome to see and hear.  Not much in the way of amenties, not much to look at however was the perfect introduction to Colorado!  VERY reasonable price too.  Don't be discouraged.

Stayed in this park in 2015 and again in June 2017. Looks like their working on cleaning it up. This is a primarily a full-timer park so keep that in mind. It's the cheapest in the area but it's a bit further from the attractions. There was a extra charge for the kids but every park seems to do that now days. I would say here again unless it's warmer and need a pool
