Forget what you know about backing in and listen to the man helping you! He needs to give classes! We had a great experience there the week after Memorial Day 2017. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. Only bad thing was we were just passing through and we're only able to stay one night! 

Our site backed up to a stream and sleeping and listening to that water ripple was so cozy.

Park is close to town with free shuttle. But be aware restaurants close early, so make sure you eat before 9! (Learned he hard way!)

Everyone very nice, bathrooms and showers clean. 

And just wait until you get the coolest backing in experience of your life. 🤘

Quiet. Marginal parking. Near downtown Manitou. Maggies is expensive, try Strawberry Fields in Pueblo.

Nice people and amenities. The spaces are incredibly close together, only picnic table distance apart. This wasn't too much of an issue except cigarette smoking is allowed at the sites and outside. We constantly had to close our windows because our neighbors smoked quite a bit, even then the smell got to us. Consider banning cigarette smoking except in designated areas away from the RVs.
