I know there are lots of bad reviews on here, but mine is going to be a little more detailed than 1 liners. I am giving the area a 4 star review because with it's flaws come amazing things. A lot of the bad reviews say things about management being a problem. I don't have any problems with management. When my mother in law passed away they were super understanding and awesome with the lot rent being a little behind. When we needed their help with our water line freezing, Jim not only helped us... he offered to give us the heated line so we didn't spend an arm and a leg on one at the store. When we first moved into our trailer our roof was damaged pretty bad... they included our roof in the insurance claim towards the park because we hadn't had possession of the trailer when the giant hail storm hit. With management here, they respond to how you act towards them. If your rude, you get it in return. If your open and honest and communicate, they are by far the most amazing people ever.

The park itself is slowly getting worked on with new upgrades happening all the time. I think my biggest complaint is the children's park. It is very run down and needs to be replaced. With that said, the pool area is taken well care of. The community center area that can be rented out is in great  shape and not that expensive to rent. 

There was a review written on "parking in the street". I have to agree with that one. The park has recently implemented a no parking in the street rule which is slowly being reinforced though. So.. here is to hoping that people get the hint. That isn't the parks fault though that other people don't listen.

Management is never avaliable. They are rude and have preferencial treatment with those who kiss their ass. The parking situation is ridiculous; I was helping my disabled family member into the house which meant I parked infront of the trailer and got out to help him through the stairs. The car almost got towed; it was less than a 5 min stop I was charged $75 just to unhook the car only because I had to help him up the stairs and in through the door. Its not like I can park else where and have him walk all the way to the house! They don’t allow you to park by the office or the street: there are barely any empty lots so forget about visitors because they have to park outside the parking lot and walk through the whole park to the trailer you want to visit...RIDICULOUS . They will fine you for anything and everything they can think of. Every year the rent increases and sometimes 2 times a year. It is an absolute nightmare.

zero stars i see all the reviews on here and there are way to many negative ones and i hate to say it so is mine. I was some what happy when i moved here and i thought that it was a great place.... BUT ..... after being here for almost more then two years i cant wait to leave it was ok for the first few months till they put a note on are door when i left to go buy a new gas can for are mower because some one had stolen ares from are lot..... no big deal people steal stuff but they took are tools also and food out of are freezer also... anyways the note that was on are door when i got back home was a warning for are grass being to high..... fast forward a few weeks got a new note telling us that we need to mow are grass and that time are mower had water in the gas seemed like some one intentionally did it but no big deal fixed it got the grass mowed p.s. I love mowing grass...... anyways fast forward maby 6 mounts ended up with a new note on are door telling us that its are 3rd warning to mow are grass and they new what day i mowed are grass which was always a Tuesday the day after most people would mow there lawns and at that time i wouldn't even say we had grass because its hard to grow grass in this place anyways the note was dated 3 mounts be for the date we received the 3rd note i ended up taking a picture of it because of how out dated it was and it said that they aren't going to give any more warnings they will just come and mow are lot and charge us $70 on top of the lot fee like realy $70 to mow this little lot i just find that to be realy funny 

But the greatest thing iv seen so far about this place is how you aren't aloud to work on your vehicles in your driveway...... i mean there driveway but you will see people working on there cars and trucks all the time hoods up tinkering tire off changing breaks and i take the grill off the front of my vehicle and they want to tow it from are drive way and when you call them THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE and people try to say that management is cool or ok SHADY is more like it they will take your money any way they can.....

yeah and two cars per driveway no street parking yall should walk around at 2am and snap pictures of every car in the streets and every driveway that has more then 2 cars iv had my eye on a few that have 3 or 4 vehicles.......... so........ yeah ........ welcome to little Germany and Hitlers in the main office not answering her phone........................ i didn't want to give a star but i have to to post this to you all hope you all have a great 
 time living here because im out

Place is peaceful, nice, management is super rude. Can't call for emergencies or else they'll yell at you for doing so, trust me i live here myself...

Don't like it that y'all have vistors park so far away from where our relatives live and towing all the vehicles without any warnings 😡😡😡
