I've had a great experience at South Lake Union PT! Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and she really cares about your recovery.  The training program has helped greatly and it has definitely opened up my eyes to injury prevention techniques. I plan to continue with her recommended exercises once my recovery is complete.

Incredibly attentive and friendly staff from the therapists to the office assistants.  Very convenient location with a lot of street parking.  Nearby healthy food options or coffee shops for chilling before an appointment.  Flexible appointment times before and after work available.
I’ve been to a lot of different PTs and this one is at the top.  I saw immediate improvement in trouble areas that no one else had been able to remedy. Love the focus on getting patients to a self sustainable point where they don’t need regular PT anymore.  Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic clinic! Got a chance to meet with Anna, Amy, and Jill. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and their experience really shows. The atmosphere at the clinic is great, I must say the music choice is spot on! Troy, the head of the office, was very accommodating based on my availability. I would hands down recommend this clinic to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Anna and her team are great! I came in for physical therapy in March due to shoulder pain which turned out to be a shoulder infringement. The range of machine was severely limited! It turned out the shoulder infringement was actually masking my real problem of poor posture. With their help on exercises/stretches, my posture is much better and my infringement/pain is completely gone! 

I would highly recommend South Lake Union Physical Therapy! They will show you correct form for exercises and stretches and help with speedy recovery!

Attention to detail! Anna clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. I’ve had a good amount of PT  in my life and Anna is by far the most experienced and detailed therapist I’ve ever worked with. Because of her I feel like I’m finally making strides and on my way to feeling like I did before my injury. I can’t say thank you enough.
