This location is an absolute joke. I have all reciepts and emails from my online purchase. The two items I wanted to return (only a small portion of the items I actually ordered), they refused to give me cash back on it. The card I used on the purchase was canceled out from credit company because I had card stolen, so they issued me a new card. Which I had my credit card account open and everything so they could see the exact numbers that matched, I have all the same information, same account and everything. All numbers lined up, and the cashier had mentioned they could possibly do cash instead since they can't actually return it on the new card. The manager has the authorization to give me cash when I have everything lined up, I've worked retail for years, it was under a $50 return. She absolutely refused and only would give me store credit. Which I won't even use, literally just purchased the items less than a week ago, what an actual joke. I will definitely take the extra drive and encourage everyone else to do so, to go to another F21 that is actually helpful and compassionate to someone who literally met every guideline on the return, you just wanted to be "that" person. I also didn't appreciate her attitude she kept phrasing things like I was a liar for everyone around to hear, "Oh it's not that I don't believe you." Considering I have my entire credit card account open for you to see...it's not about "believing me". I have proof and meet all return guidelines which you refused to help meet by providing me $30 cash back.

Prices weren't impressive don't see what's the point of a F21 Red store the prices were high priced not everything but it just looks like a regular Forever 21 store but it's red that's about it. Not impressed you can find the same prices or less at another forever 21 store.

Worst experience ever!!! Never going back to that location and also will be canceling my forever21 credit card!!! The manager as no customer service!
