I made an online order which the headquarters messed up. They sent me the wrong size. I live almost in Oviedo but go on the West side of town once a week on Sunday so I called this store to see if they had the item. When they confirmed that they did, I asked if they could hold it until Sunday because their store was essentially across town. They didn't even consider it. Just told me no. Seeing as how this was the company's error, you would think they would've been agreeable. 

Then when I called the next day to make sure they were holding the pants, the young lady told me I would have to wait until she finished helping a customer before she would look to see if the item was there. I could be wrong, but I would venture to guess that she was standing behind the register and right in front of the cabinet where items are held. It would be a matter of turning around or walking to the end of the counter to look on a short rack to confirm that they were there. Instead, she put me on hold for 15 minutes. 

Sad to see that people are becoming less and less considerate.

Sunday's closed at 7pm and I drove 45 minutes to get here for it to be closed. Otherwise, 5 stars. Great staff, very friendly customer service.

I enter the store around 10:00 am. I was NOT greeted or ask for assistance at any time while in the store. Around 10:30 am, I wanted to make my purchase and a black girl, with a short curly weave (not wearing a name tag and refuse to give me her name), started ringing up customers. She started to ring up a lady's items but the lady needed to add 15 cents to her order to save $15.00 or something. So the black cashier left a line of about 10-15 people to "shop" with the lady. I ask her was there a way she can hold her order to ring up other customers and she got a attitude with the customers in the line along with the white lady she was helping. Her and the white lady began talking to each other about that she waited in line so the other customers can wait just like she did. So the customers waited in line while they shopped for another item which was about 10 minutes because I timed it. I left the store without purchasing anything and made my purchase at Lane Bryant which is two stores down. I left along with 3 others because of the service. I know for a fact it was three people bc they were in Lane Bryant with me as well. Today I called the store to get the cashiers name and again no one answered the phone with their name and refuse to give there name again. I called back and was placed on hold and the call was disconnected. I called again spoke to a manager and she refuse to give me her name as well and the number to make the complaint I later called to the Florida Mall store and they greeted me with there name and provided me with the information on how to do a compliant. This was a very terrible experience on Saturday not to mentioned I was late to my son's high school graduation because of this woman and the terrible service. I will be posting this on ALL the blogs and social media accounts as I can to let people know not to shop at this location. I managed to take a picture of the worker and I will attach the picture as well so other buyers can be aware of this matter.
