They have a Pandora section in the store. It's an actual Pandora store, but they do accept Disney gift cards, magic bands, etc... The one in disney springs isn't. We bought something from Disney Springs  and noticed a defect the next day. We brought it in here to exchange and they technically weren't supposed to do it or something, but they got on the phone and with our receipt were able to get it worked out and got us an unblemished charm. Great service!

I have a Pandora bracelet that I add charms to every trip to Disney World or Disneyland.  The cast members are usually always so pleasant.  During a purchase yesterday I inquired as to what goes into getting a bracelet cleaned (time/expense). A manager overhead me I guess and yelled over "this is a theme park, not a store!" Rude and embarrassing to both myself and the cast member.

Quite disappointed in this store for the first time since I've been coming to this park. We went to the Pandora jeweler, we asked for the price for some earrings that we were interested in. Alexis attended us and said the earrings were 75$. We proceeded to the checkout with all our items. I don't believe Alexis ever smiled and it felt like she HAD to be there. Once we paid, we left and then checked the bill outside. To our surprise, the bill said 70$ per earing and not for the set. Thankfully her colleagues were MUCH nicer than Alexis.

My daughter wanted a specific "K" ring.  One of the associates, Ms. Yara, didn't give up until she found it for my daughter - even though she had to look up inventory across the street at a different store, then walked over and found it... All for a
