Since they have changed their return policy the customer service is terrible. They look for any reason not to accept your return. I bought a dress never wore it and tried to return it a week later. Never took it out of the bag, the lady said she couldn't return it because it smelled of perfume? I was furious after speaking with several other people she was forced to accept the return. Same girl a month later wouldn't return a body suit because she couldn't read the receipt because their printer ink was low when I made my purchase, again I had to get a manager to handle the situation and the cashier was very rude when she was forced to return my body suit.

NOT GOOD! I placed an order on Dec. 22. I waited for a confirmation e-mail, but days went by, and I did not receive the e-mail. Therefore, I called and cancelled the order. I was told that my refund would post in a few days. It did not. Instead, I received e-mails telling me that my order was in the store. I called the store and told them I had cancelled the order. They told me that there was a 10 day window, and that they would return the item, and then I would receive my refund. Still NO REFUND. Today, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after being put on hold, I was still not shown that courtesy. Each time I call, I am told that I just have to wait. This is poor customer service. A small window of time is understandable, but this is long past that point.

All right so last week I ordered some clothes off online and did the standard shipping. I received a notification that my order had shipped The very same day. It said it shipped to FedEx when the delivery date went and gone I call FedEx. And asked why I never got an update for my item. FedEx tells me the order was never shipped to them. I called forever 21 they tell me it has shipped and it will be here in a few days. Well I wait the day comes and goes still no package. I called forever 21 again they are extremely rude to me and tell me it'll come the next day. And I know the package will not come because it never freaking shipped. I am so unhappy with my service I will never order from them again. Terrible service and people lying to you with the online. I definitely getting a refund if it does not come by the date they say again. 😡

great selection! sometimes understaffed so there is a wait at checkout, but staff is usually great
