I called the store at around 11-12, before the store could get too busy. The phone rang for over a minute until a busy tone rang. I called multiple times over the next few minutes. No answers. I called back again 30 minutes later. No answers again. Finally another 10 minutes, I call back and the line is busy immediately. The line continued to be busy for the next 10-15 minutes. I then wait another hour and try calling again. No answer, I called 10 times and each call rang for a minute. I don't know where their Manager On Duty is, but they should be ensuring that the phone is being answered by the staff who remain at the POS their entire shift.  20 phone calls later, I finally get an answer and was rudely given a long explaination as to why they don't have the item, I was asking for a simple check on. I work retail myself, and know how the whole thing works. Poor customer service, poor management. Its a Wednesday. I can assure you the store isn't that busy.

They wanted me to wait in 2 separate lines to pick up an online order and return items that didn't fit from an online order. Refused to do them at the same time. Alejandra was very rude and would not just turn the empty computer right next to her on to complete the return, expected me to wait behind 20+ other guests when I was already in a line to pick up my items.

My second favorite forever 21 store you will find a couple of things you might like. If an item catches your eye don't pass it up because it might not be there next time.
