Jacob is awesome. Probably one of the best customer service I've ever received. I bought some vans and a week later when I was going to wear them I noticed the inside was  ripping. I called the store and spoke with him and he said not to worry to bring them in but I couldn't go that same day so I went 4 days later and he was able to switch them for a new pair. He didn't have any in stock so he ordered them and had them shipped to me. He never seemed bother by having to go through this which was cool.
