I tried to return stuff twice and both time the system was down?!!! they said just go to another store. guys take their advice, don't go here.

Forever 21 . . . 21 day return policy. How cute! I tried to return a pair of ugly shorts on day 23 and the girl literally put the return policy sign in front of me. Never again. Everywhere else has at least 30 days. Get with it and lose the stupid gimmick.

Worse customer service ever!!!!! The cashier was so attitude and when i asked for help. They look like didn't really wanna help me but they had to do. Never come back again!!!!!!
