I have always been a fan of Sears. I worked at this location for a few months in 2015-16. Sadly it was difficult or impossible to contact anyone there. Nobody would EVER answer a phone. My schedule could not be accessed online either. I wish the best to the store. There are some great bargains to be found here.

Armando is my new bff!! Very  professional and attentive (and not the annoying kind of attentive). 
Thank goodness he was product knowledgeable, he totally saved the day AND our wallets... $50+ saved! 
We returned both pairs of Sketcherz high top light up shoes to DSW (priced at $59.99/pair and only available in 1 color and purchased the Osiris low top light up shoes from Sears at $35.99/pair & with a larger color selection!  
Thanks to Armando for making our shopping experience with Sears a GREAT one.

I would never ever apply for any of their store credit cards. I feel like they are fraud. And once you sign up and try to cancel they will never give you the paper you signed back. So please becareful before you attempt to do anything like that

Could have gotten a shave and haircut instead of waiting in line. Finally gave up and left.
