Keith and the entire staff at Fortified Insurance Company in Manchester went well above any client service I have ever experienced. My car was hit in one of the first snow storms here in December. My husband was out of town, and due to the weather, the police were delayed. Keith came out in the crazy weather, picked me up and took me to work! Fortified Insurance took care of everything, even calling to check on me to make sure everything was being handled. Absolutely blown away by their superior service, and have been telling everyone about them. Thank you Fortified Insurance!! Heidi Craghead

I can't say enough good things about Fortified Insurance. Keith and the team provide amazing customer service, they are proactive in determining the best rates for your family making sure you have the best insurance year after year. Seems like Keith is available all the time. No matter when I need help, his team is there. I've had a few issues with the insurance companies, the team took care of everything and I didn't have to lift a finger. If you want a company that cares about you, look no further. Fortified Insurance is the only insurance company you should call.

Insurance is a service, and it is a pleasure to work with people who recognize it as such. The staff at Fortified have been not just helpful, but direct. I appreciate when both questions and answers are specific professional. My insurance needs and budget are not huge, I know it, they know it, and the staff at Fortified work with me as a valuable customer none the less.

The individual attention I received when starting a new business and needing insurance really made all of the stress disappear. Keith and his team treated me like a five-star client when really my business is tiny. I appreciated all the work they did to get me the BEST rate possible.
