I opened a new auto insurance policy with Plymouth Rock Assurance and requested to have the policy start date moved up so it would take effect earlier in the month. My request was addressed by HPM, and while it was not a simple task to move up the start date (they had to issue me a new policy with the same coverage amounts and new start date), the representative who helped me through the process was extremely helpful and personable. She took care of every step of the process for me and responded to my questions very quickly, going out of her way and making me feel like I was really being put first. Definitely great customer service!

I felt I was paying too much for insurance and started calling around.  HPM found me a great rate on my vehicle and homeowner policies and made switching painless.  They are so professional and easy to work with.  I've worked with Kate each time and so professional on the phone, email and assisting with the banks.  Highly recommended!

I learned about HPM through the Chamber of commerce and since I was looking for a new insurance co. I could not believe the quote I received for home and auto. I saved over $1000 and the coverage was better than I had. The team at HPM is great, my son got into an accident during an ice storm and the team at HPM went above and beyond in taking care of everything. If you want to be treated like a person not a # check out HPM insurance they will make you feel like a member of the family and save you $$$
