I can’t say enough good things about the personal AND personable service we have received from this family run insurance agency.  No question goes unanswered and whenever I need help, it’s provided quickly.

I started with property insurance on the cars.  Every time there was a change, the Germain’s were there, making sure I got the best coverage, at the lowest rates.  After questionable conduct from a different company, I again turned to the Germain’s to help.  Soon they had my life insurance, as well.

All I want now is for my life to be simpler, easier.  Christine and Dave make insurance one less thing to think about or worry about.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Christine and Dave have been taking care of my family and business for over 10 years. I can't compare the personal service I receive because there is no comparison!  Truly a family owned and oriented business that goes above and beyond to make insurance easy. Initially met Christine in 2007 when she was plying her trade at another agency. She came highly recommended by some friends that had switched their insurance needs over to her. Back then, she totally set us up. She was able to increase the amount and quality of our coverages and lowered our premiums as well. Recently, she worked that same magic for my wife and I again. When we purchased a new car for my wife, Christine made the entire process totally painless. Great rates too!! Purchased a new motorcycle - ditto. She handled everything and processed all of the documentation in under 1 hour. As consumers we all know how hard it can be to find good customer service. Well, Germaine Insurance delivers GREAT customer service, EVERYTIME, ALL THE TIME.

Who says you can't have it all? Top notch Service, years of knowledge and competitive pricing. Christine and Dave know their stuff and make sure you are getting the coverage you need at a great price. I currently have 3 line of business insurance with them and Christine always takes the time to make sure all our ducks are in a row. She really does take what you need as if it were her own and you can't beat that! Thank you for all your help over the years guys!
