Two words. Bed, bugs. I sit here writing this a defeated man. After 4 weeks, 2 mattresses, $620 worth of treatment, my hopes were high. My 3 girls woke up this morning filled with bites, again. I will probably have to throw away my kids thousand dollar bunk bed after 2 months of use. This has been the worst nightmare situation I've ever been through. I do not recommend buying anything from here. I would not even think about stepping a foot in the building. You might catch something. Don't, come, here!!! REPLY: We bought the mattresses brand new from MATTRESS FIRM, not you guys. The bed bugs were "hitchhiking" in the actual wooden frame of this bed. In every crack, in every crevice. We just had to throw it all away today. Made my family's life miserable.

Until recently I'd only shopped with regular rooms to go. I found everyone that I interacted with at rooms to go kids to be kind and helpful. I knew what I wanted and was accommodated quickly. George went above and beyond to help me get the beds that I wanted and at the proper promotional price. Thank you.

Great selection and great prices with no haggling or waiting for sale events. Our salesperson Lisa, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture at very good prices. Bryan

Furnished my entire home through Rooms To Go. This particular bed was purchased three and a half years ago and was not cheap. The edge of the bed where the footboard meets the side rails broke on me just yesterday as I was sitting on my bed. When I looked at the wood where it broke I could see that while it looked very aesthetically pleasing with the varnish, the inside of the wood is nothing more than cardboard and recycled shredded plywood. I called the customer service line and was told that nothing could be done as this was out of the manufacturers year warranty. Many similar reviews below. While this may the case, this is clearly shotty product they are selling at a premium price. I attached a picture to show the inside of the wood. Rooms to Go was unwilling to go to the manufacturer or replace the side on their behalf. I was once a loyal customer and will not be anymore. Hopefully they will fix this problem, but the way the Customer Service line sounded, it seems very doubtful.
