Recently my husband and I went furniture shopping for several pieces of furniture. We purchased pieces from Kane’s, as well as another, WELL KNOWN furniture store, on the same street. I will be the first to say that I would rate Kane’s, a 5+, and the neighborhing, well known Furniture store, a 1!
Kane’s was a better experience all the way around. We were greeted with a young salesman, named Joe. He was very helpful, directed us in the areas for the furniture we were looking for. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, yet, not pushy. Once we made up our mind,  (took us two days on determining what we exactly wanted), still, Joe was pleasant to work with, and patient with us. After our original purchase, I called Joe and went back in and purchased more from him. He was very professional, followed up after our purchases/deliveries to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Sadly, the competitor down the street from Kane’s, not only DID NOT follow up with us, had made mistakes with our order, in which the salesman NEVER followed up. If I need any furniture in the future, Kane’s will be my choice, and Joe would be my salesman! I highly recommend Kane’s Furniture in Ft. Myers, and most definitely, ask for Joe!

I walked in. Joe approached me and pleasantly asked what I had in mind. I said I wanted to look at a recliner. He asked about of color, power vs non power, etc. I answered and he showed me several recliners that were exactly what I wanted. In under ten minutes I bought two recliners and was on my way. PS: they are cozy and comfortable in my living room.

Four stars for always having a beautiful selection, and more than anything, for the great customer service we received from Joe, our sales person. I would have given you five stars if you did not have that manager today on the floor. He is very umpleasant to say the least. Keep him away from your customers

Went in looking for living room furniture after having been to 3 other stores.  Was approached by a woman who my wife took an instant liking to.  Not pushy but very helpful.  Asked a few pertinent questions after we turned up our noses at a few sofas.  Overall great experience with Synthia Mosley and Kanes and would recommend for value priced furniture.

Bought a Queen size bed here. David Herman was the best! I will be back to buy all of my furniture here in the future.
