When we were looking for a Stressless Chair, we went to another retailer due to a promotion they were running. 
The retailer did not know the product the options and did not have a good selection. 
The promotion was all closeouts according to the sales agent 
We then went to the Florida Leather Gallery in Ft. Myers. 
The sales person and manager were truly experts on the product. They spent hours with us going over every option in detail. 
The Leather Gallery promotion include some styles that were in stock, some available in a few weeks and even styles that were customizable in frames and leather. 
Prices were just as good and the service was superior.

Thank you to Matter Brothers for taking care of an issue with our sofas.  Steve @ Acosta Leather just left our home and did a fabulous job with the repairs.  Hoping that the issue we had is now repaired for good.  Mr. Matter, thank you for taking notice of our request!! The sofas are beautiful and we are hoping they will last us for years to come.

After waiting 6 months for our Natuzzi sofa we were delivered with a sofa with a TON of issues.. We called the store and were referred to Matter Brothers Furniture to have it fixed, we had it fixed (which took 6 months) and 6 months later repairs are falling apart.. Stitching is coming apart and the finish is coming off the couch.. So much for the “REAL LEATHER” that we spent over $2,000 on. Do not waste your money or time on this place, their customer service is HORRID, takes 6 months or more to get a replacement piece so your warranty will end..

I was so happy I decided to purchase my living room furniture at this store. Sales team was outstanding helping me pick out the right pieces for my living room dimensions, and did it all within my budget!!!  I don't understand why there would be any negative reviews, they were the best from the start to the delivering. Thank you very much for everything
