The Four Points by Sheraton was a great hotel, though it did have it's downsides. First of all, it was pretty far away from the inner city of Boston, where I'm sure many guests would want to go. The rooms were a bit small, but I could still fit comfortably. The service from my experience was great, though all I did was call for extra pillows. With the low price point, I think that you're getting a little more than what you pay for and it is a great second option when there are no rooms in your first option.

We stay there each time we fly out of Boston. The one in Revere. They have very friendly people working there, shuttle to airport even for the very early morning flights. Last time we had reservations in the middle of Nov. and upon arrival we were told that they had a pipe break and we couldn't stay there, just as we were about to panic, the nice man informed us that they booked us a room at another hotel. Still close to airport, we were extremely relieved. Then he informed us that they were picking up the bill for our stay and if the other place didn't have a shuttle at that time, they were going to come get us. Now that's providing the best service to their customers. We are truly thankful and greatful for their generosity and for showing they truly care about the people that stay with them. They found a great way to do something for us due to the inconvenience of having to change everything last minute. ♡Great customer service♡ Thank you for showing you care

Excellent service. Very timely pick up from the airport. Nice New 12 passenger van always a nice touch. Rooms are clean and comfortable modern and nice bedding. I had an issue with my air conditioning and it was fixed in a few minutes and done very professional. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Had to call shuttle several time till it picked us up, reception was very friendly, room was okay, but very bright in the morning. Pool is tiny and not heated, so swimming isn't really fun, but fitness room is okay. For a stay because plane is delayed okay, but was happy i didn't have to pay for it.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Room felt slightly small for my liking. Awesome breakfast.
