I have stayed at this hotel probably 50 nights in three years. The rooms are impeccable, the service is kind and friendly, the pool is great, and each time I am in Boston there is no other place I would rather be. Cute town nearby with great dinning options. Even their laundry and dry cleaning service is top notch. Great place for the business traveler.

If you need a pet friendly hotel, particularly for a longer stay this place is a great option. I had to be out of my house for a few days while there was work done and my cat and I made our temporary home base here. It was a very stressful week and the staff here were a huge help. They worked their room cleaning time around when I could be there to supervise the cat and didn't force me to keep him crated when I was at work. Breakfast is included and there is food available for purchase at other times. The room was huge with a big sitting area so I didn't feel like I was crammed into one room for a week. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

This the worst Hyatt Place I have visited. Very poorly managed. The hotel is dirty, with old food on the floors in the hallways. The shower produces no pressure. The staff missed our room when cleaning. The room keys didn't work and had to be reset. The rooms are loud. You hear everything from the adjacent rooms, hallway and the highway. The heating unit is very loud.

Very comfortable rooms, nice (and free) breakfast menu, courteous shuttle service to Tufts campus and elsewhere.

Nothing amazing, customer service was pretty much nonexistent, as I waited in the lobby for about 15 mins before I was finally helped. The room was good, as all the rooms are for hyatts hotels. I will say I had the worst experience concerning the rooms keys. I literally was only able to use my room key once before I had to go back down to main lobby and have them reswipped. Which was about 5 or 6 times a night.. Definitely need to get that fixed!
