I had a great time at my stay. I had a studio king with a sofa bed and SO would say that the sofa bed desparatly needed a mattress pad so save it. In other words it was very springy. The ice maker in the refrigerator works. The view from my room was nice. The breakfast was good and fresh. The concierge was good and the neighborhood was close to downtown just a 15 min ride depending on traffic. I would stay here again.

There are several things I liked about this place. First, my room was large, clean and modern. The room has a kitchen and is bigger than most studios in area. Secondly the service was excellent. There is a bar serving food until midnight. Also there is a free shuttle to the airport. That is very convenient. Last is the proximity to the airport. I was checking into the airport ten minutes after leaving the hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel, nicely equipped with all you need, very clean and updated.... and the staff are exceptionally kind/ helpful and is a reflection of great management and customer service. I will definitely stay here again. FYI the breakfast is excellent.

Very nice, only wish it was easier to get to the subway. There is a shuttle that runs every 40 minutes. But plan accordingly. Depending on the time of day and where they are dropping you off it can add an extra 20 minutes more than you'd expect to your travel time to where ever you are going. (traffic, other stops etc...) despite that, I would stay here again if the rates were significantly less than a more ideal location.

So I've had a good experience with this hotel before but this time I was given a bad room on the first night where the door kept giving problems to access. My room was replaced the second day. The main issue was with the shuttle service that the hotel provides. They request that you call them every time before but you get put on hold by the front desk only to see the shuttle zoom on by. This situation has happened a few times and it's extremely disappointing to hear , oh the driver just missed u please wait another 45-50 min. Basic line is don't rely on the hotels shuttle service all the time. Leaving the hotel is fine and reliable but getting picked up is not.
