I ordered roses here for Valentine’s Day for my daughter. Over $100 and these were the most pitiful excuse for a gift I’ve seen. I was so disappointed!  I wish I could add an image. The quality was much better when I made the arrangement myself with Kroger’s flowers. Yes I was THAT disappointed that I went and bought more. I mean I was ashamed she should have to show that. I truly don’t understand why they were so pitiful though. Ive not had bad experiences here before. 
The staff was friendly though.

Ordered over $100 dollars worth of flowers for my wife on Valentines Day.  She never received them. They apparently lost the order somehow.  The guy I spoke with would not give me his name and was just like "I'm sorry", we can't find your order even though I gave him the confirmation number.  Where I come from when you mess up you take care of the customer.  Sorry isn't good enough when you screw up someone's holiday.  Give them a $5 coupon or something.  He was like "Well, what do you want me to do?"  Pitiful, will never use or recommend them again.

Ordered a bouquet of roses for my 10th anniversary to be delivered to my wife's office got the confirmation number the payment had not drafted out of my account so I stopped by after working a 12 hour shift to make sure my payment processed i was told everything was fine and all orders would be out by 4:00 pm it needed to be delivered by 5 pm called at 4:00 pm to verify it would be delivered still has not drafted out of my account I was told everything was good I called  back at 4:40 pm told it was on a truck for delivery she had not received it so I called back at 5:00 was told it was being put together to be delivered waited on hold for 20 mins and was told it would be there by 5:30 got a call at 5:28 the gentleman told me my card was declined due to a glitch after talking to them once in person and three times via phone I was told we can bring it to your home. Kinda ruins the surprise I guess it's no big deal just a 10 year anniversary on Valentine's Day so if your looking to have flowers delivered do not use this company they will not get there
