Great location, convenient for downtown strolling, shopping and dining indulgence. Furnishing is bit on the old side; Comfortable and clean. Four Seasons is impeccable when it comes to service and resourcefulness. When travelling, always helpful to have a hotel with resourceful staffs to make things happen.

Top class service and personal care. Friendly staff and helpful all the way from guest service to room service etc... well suited and convenient location. Accessible to many interesting sites and fabulous restaurants. Vibrant location. Hotel was clean with rooms eminating a modern and rustic look.

Four Seasons Hotel is a beautiful place, emitting modernism and a classy atmosphere. They are the annual hosts of the Festival of Trees, which supports the BC Children's Hospital. There were less trees this year than last year. There seemed to be quite a number of people in the restaurant and glass cases showcase jewelry from local artists. It's a great location for conventions as well. They have multiple large ballrooms great for business events and speeches, such as the UBC Arts Coop Convention. I have not stayed overnight so I cannot comment on their rooms. Overall, I recommend attending the Four Seasons Hotel for business and social events.

Amazing staff! Comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel is on the older side and you can tell it in some places but the rooms were updated and nice. The pool area is nice and is great that there are both indoor and outdoor options. Great location that is convenient to all of the things you want to do. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! By far the best in Vancouver. Staff are very professional. They really take care of you from the minute you arrive to when you leave. They are prompt with their service. The YEW restaurant is great for all meals and drinks. No questions we are staying here the next time we go to Vancouver.
