My stay at the Fairmont hotel Vancouver was pretty good this time around. I had gone there for my anniversary and I was able to get free chocolates and a balloon from the hotel. Overall great service and very clean room. My only complaint was that the TV or the remote wasn't working and when we would try to watch some movies an error would just pop out. I didn't bother trying to get it fixed since we were planning to explore around downtown anyway.

Gorgeous hotel. Never stayed here but I've attended many events. Obviously very pricey but if you can afford it then staying here will place you central to most of Vancouver's best spots. Major transit hubs are all nearby and the system is very user-friendly.

Nice people friendly staff. Bar and restaurant had great service and were reasonably priced.
Stayed in the delux king room. Nice decor, super comfortable bed and very quiet given the rooms over look the city street.

Personally I would happily stay here again.

Very upscale place. I did not stay at the hotel but had a conference here. Very accommodating staff nice facility. Lots of places to shop. Very clean and elegant facility.

Nice classic hotel. The regular room I had booked was quite large but like all older hotels the bathrooms are quite small. The rooms have been renovated in the last couple of years. Nice high quality finishes in the bathroom. My only complaint was the mattress was well used and lumpy. The price was reasonable at $225 CDN per night. You are right downtown with large office towers all around. Lots of restaurants within a blocks walk. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel.
