New manager on their way, and if he or she as good as the last, wonderful things will be happening. The clubhouse now is a wonderful places to host meetings and events. All part of your space rent and anyone can reserve  the club house for any monthly event. The area is remarkably quiet and neighbors always watching over you house when your out.

Worst housing facility ive ever experienced....if you have a complaint...they will not take care pf problem...tow ur vehicle at any time for no teason intil they make one up.Manager has no skills what so ever in dealing eithe tenants. Drug dealers...users...prostitution...security is the worst. If you dont lock down every little thing...it gets stolen. No parking for handicap residents... Drug addicts sleeping inside park grounds. Non residents are allowed to roam about....looking for??? These people dont pay a dime...yet have the same privileges as paying residents. All said....worst ever...if you complain about any of the above issues...you will be retailiated against...eviction notice....so on...Dont do it here unless you want to live like a trapped zombie.

The staff here is rude and argumentative. Instead of saying "I'll take care of it or it won't happen again" or having any customer service skills they will stand there and go back and forth with you on why they're right and you're wrong. I give this place 2 stars becuase the owner's are making an effort to fix the place up.

Friendly quite environment I have lived here for 15 years and it has always been very peaceful the one thing that would make it a 5 star trailer park would have to be a pond for fishing .
