DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICE DOGS! Property manager was all nice going until she heard we had Service Dogs. When we informed her that was illegal and we would be contact the ADA regarding this matter and thats is when it all changed up and she stated our unit was to old. We have a very clean kept 2000 salam and mind you she had no problem with us until she found out we owned Service Dog's.

Used 2 live here a while ago when it was called Ho Ho mobile park in the early 1980's it was a nice & quite place they have short term rentals & also have trailers 4 sale

Since about april 2017 ..i enjoy living here so far , so far so good .. debbie the manager has been a good , very down to earth manager :).. ive seen all the upgrades shes done ..herself..she is constantly looking for ways to make the park look good , clean and better.. there is no drug traffic ..nope.. debbie got rid of them since ive been here .lol..its wayyyy better no more crazies ..its very quiet..i have nothing bad to say ..i live here and love it !!  SO IF YOUR LOOKING TO STAY HERE OVER NIGHT OR TO LIVE I RECOMMEND IT !! :)

Stayed for two nights - very quite park, very clean, reasonably priced, and Debbie the Manager is very friendly and accommodating.  Not on the main drag though worth the drive.

I lived there for almost a year. The park is full of tweekers and people growing pot. Including Debi the Park manager, her daughter and some old Mexican who thinks he's a gangster named Mike. Theives take anything not bolted down. Seriously stay away.you've been warned.
