I Love this park! And its because of Sam the manager you would think he owned this park he take so much pride in it I don't know what he is paid but he need a raise! The area around the park is sketchy but once your in the park you would never know it I always felt safe I am a night nurse I used the 24hr washer and dryers at night without any problem I was here 6 months for my travel nurse assignment and I recommend this park.

Nice place. We arrived late and the owner found us a spot. Not a great area but park is very clean and safe feeling. Really nice and clean toilets and showers. We were passing through Fresno from Sequoiua National Park on the way to Yosemite so only Stayed one night and would highly recommend.

We've been traveling quite a bit this summer across the country, from GA to CA and back. When we got there, all at once, we were relaxed, and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. The facilities have to have been the best we've been in for the trip.  They were clean, and had good lighting at night. We did laundry, and nothing was "lost" by a machine.
A very nice place to stay. If I know anyone coming this way I would recommend this place to them!

Stayed there for overnite stop in Oct 2017.  Sam is the absolute best!!!! We got into traffic and were going to be a little late coming in but Sam went out of his way to wait for us and make sure we got set up.  40' motorhome towing made it a little tight getting in park, but he had level spot ready and we just drove out next morning.  Many thanx Sam, from the East Coast Canadians! Would stay there again if in the area.

Stayed here in mid Sep 2017 @ $48 per night with GoodSam discount.  Over priced but a nice, clean, shady little park with one working unisex very clean bathroom/shower.  Laundry fairly priced at $1.50 per wash & dryer.  3 pull thru's next to office, all the rest of the spots look like monthly's.  Told pool temp was 60 degrees.  VERY fast Wi-Fi!!!  Lots of road noise and loud car radios.  Many feral cats kept my cat "busy" at night.  I caught one fat old man walking his dog right next to my motorhome (looking in my windows?) but otherwise... WOULD I choose another park for the quiet or this park for the Wi-Fi speed??  Noise is not the owners fault.
