There policy for Trailers not older than 2007, seems quite discriminating, I was working in Fresno, and needed a place to park my trailer while working up there. when i called, no other question asked, all they wanted to know was, how old is your trailer. When i replied the year of my trailer, I got a direct "NO WE DON'T TAKE TRAILERS OLDER THAN 2007". All i have to say is your loss. my trailer is very well taken care of,  i was just looking for a place to stay while i was working, there. If your trailer is older than 2007 don't even bother with this place.

Sunset west is a senior mobile and RV park. New managers have been doing a good job of cleaning up the park. It is quite and neighbors are friendly. Nothing but good to say about my stay.
