My coworkers and I order from here at least once a week. Food is great! Not one bad complaint. We've picked up and got delivery. Both served in a timely manner. The employees were always nice and well mannered! Defiantly one of the better Fox's around the area!

Food is usually good, never had any issues until last night. My wife (who is pregnant) and I had shared a steak hoagie and while I was eating my half, I bit into something that was extremely bitter and I immediately spit it out and we stopped eating. When I called both the employee and manager I spoke with were rude. The manager (Josh) claimed that he made the hoagie and he had been using the same products all night so there couldn't have been a problem (great customer service 😕). He offered to remake the food which I declined because of there is something wrong with their products I didn't want to run the risk of me or my pregnant wife getting sick. I tried to explain to him why and he cut me off and said, "if you don't want me to remake the food then why are we having this conversation" (customer service at its finest 😂), I told him I would like a refund. The manager answered and I quote, "I'm not giving you refund..." and he again offered to remake the food. The conversation went on for a little while after and I just decide to get his information and call corporate.

Employees are extremely rude. We live in the Blackridge neighborhood, the most upscale area of Penn Hills, along Graham Blvd where homes currently range from $120k to $760k we were told that our neighborhood is not nice enough or safe enough to go to at 7:30 in the evening for delivery. I was told this while trying to order pizza for our neighborhood garden club that was meeting at our home. I have never been so insulted in my life!!! Our neighborhood was nice enough to host a home and garden tour each year and it is also nice enough for young families to raise their children here!!! We live on a beautiful tree lined street in a very safe area, far nicer than the area that the Fox Pizza shop in located in and they told us that our neighborhood was not nice enough or safe enough to deliver to??? I was completely floored!!! Blackridge is by far the nicest neighborhood in the city of Penn Hills! This kid has no idea what the heck he is talking about!!! I'm also posting this on our community Facebook page and also Nextdoor community and Yelp page!!!!
